How is acoustic sliding folding partitionWork
The sliding panels are designed in tongue-and-groove mode and its surface finish can be precisely mica / laminated board, wood veneer, fabric etc. specified by customers. The movable partition wall is also equipped with vertical and horizontal exterior frames constructed by aluminum profiles. The movable wall partition panel consists of a retractable mechanism to manually move the top and bottom seals, driven by insert handles in the stable. The handle must bend at 45 degrees to simultaneously expand or retract the top and bottom seals.
Ecotone with aluminum frame has the most widespread application in movable partition walls and Acoustic sliding folding partition The partition is constructed by a set of flat panels, ranging in width from 800 mm to 1200 mm. The panel is flexible with various specifications and features to meet most of the design and budget requirements. Its thickness can be 85 mm or 100 mm.
Each model comes with different grades of sound insulation as well as single or double sliding trolleys according to the height and panel stacking system on site.
POINTS OF NOTE
- Top hang only, no floor track / guide
- The wall panel is with a double exterior construction, with a solid exterior aluminum frame which, according to our trademark design, is fitted with our heavy duty rubber gasket all around.
- Panel faces are not fixed in the frame through hard contact and so when the sound waves impact one side of the panel, the vibration caused by it will not be directly transferred to the opposite panel face.
- The aluminum frame of the partition wall is either concealed (TYPE-90) or exposed (TYPE-100) to create a flat and smooth edge.
- We can achieve a sound isolation of about 55 dBA STC depending on site conditions.
- Our heavy duty seals can accommodate on an uneven floor, enabling better isolation in existing constructions.
Our trademark trolley system provides high flexibility, enabling different types of stacking.
ECOTONE ™ movable walls are available in various decorative finishes. The panel surface will be finished according to the customer's requirement which is MDF, Mica laminate and FABRIC, either at the factory or by others on site.
Track and trolley
Each panel will be suspended on our trademark trolley system with free multiple balancing. The individual element is adjustable in height without opening the roof.
Retractable pressure seal
The panel, once deployed, will realize a sealed effect through a retractable pressure seal. Seals can be easily controlled or closed through on-site operation. Users can turn on the waist-high operating handle to remove the pressure seal. The handle controls the top and bottom seals simultaneously. It is important that the sound separating pressure can be amplified properly. Our heavy duty rubber seals will be used on all four sides of our operational wall system.
