The micro-perforated MDF board not only has a good sound-absorbing effect but also looks visually. Compared to large perforated wood perforated panels, the ultra micro hole is harder to make acoustic panels and is better at absorbing sound at low frequencies.
The surface of the panel is filled with a number of small microscopic holes that can provide excellent acoustic performance. The panel is designed to trap noise and reduce the regeneration time in the room. With 0.5 mm micro-perforation, the orifice is not fully visible, completing the finish. The dimensions of the holes can be 8-8–0.5 mm according to different types, the distance and distribution of the holes will vary, each square meter can have around 140,000 holes.
