ECOTONE ™ provided a noise test booth/chamber to check the performance of quality, noise, and vibration (airborne and structural). The primary function of these booths/chambers is to control ambient noise and to increase the accuracy of intensity measurement by reducing sound reflection. This enables us to improve product design and apply the same in the product so as to reduce lead time and thereby reduce the cost of production. They can be done at various stages to correct potential defects; From prototype to final production.
Noise Test Booths / Chambers are widely used in the automotive sector, refrigeration, air-conditioner manufacturing units, fans, electrical motors, transformers, compressor manufacturing units, speaker testing, etc. Is used During the production phase to avoid rejection.
We provide online and offline noise testing booths. An online noise testing booth can be set up on the production/conveyor line to check each produced equipment i.e. wiper motor, car HVAC, air conditioning unit, car operation system. The offline noise testing booth is for R&D purposes which can be set up inside the R&D Lab.
The ECOTONE ™ Noise Test Booth / Room will be designed to check the specified noise level of a test specimen, with inside noise ranging from 40–35 dB (A) up to 80–85 dB (A) ambient shop floor noise Can be obtained). The noise level inside the chamber depends on the specified noise level of the product and the noise level inside the booth must be less than 10dB (A) below the specified noise level of the test sample to take correct readings.
