Manufacturer of galvanized Steel fire door 60/120 minute fire tested according to IS 3614 Part 2 and BS 476 Part 22
Frame: - Door frame with single/double rebate profile constructed from 18/16 gauge galvanized steel profile, supplied in an assembled form ready to be installed on-site. Seam constructed from galvanized steel sheet lock seam combined on two edges, to form a double skin fully flush shell. Additional reinforcement for all hardware fixtures as required.
SHUTTER: - Check door shutter 60/120 minutes in 46/55 mm thick steel fire fire fire rating confirmed to BS; 476 Part-22 and IS: 3614 Part-II 2 No. 1.2mm thick galvanized steel sheet with sandwich infill (96 kg/co) with honeycomb structure M3 mineral wool with fire-retardant insulation material in between.
Hardware: - Hinge: - SS Balancing Hinge, Door Closure, Door Lock, SS Door Handle, Panic Exit Device, Fire-rated Glass Vision Panel desired by the client.
