The face panels shall be of 12 mm thick marine plyboard approved on both sides of the shutter core with the required primer on the obverse surface conforming to the relevant IS Code / International Standards. One edge of the plyboard will be fixed to the core of the shutter as well as a 5 mm thick neoprene rubber sheet on its inner face.
Approved make approved by 01 mm mica or 04 mm thick shall be combined with 12 mm thick marine plyboard on both faces of the shutter using high strength cross linked PVAC based adhesive.
